- Clinical intake answers and assessment data
- Glucose readings you log
- Foot photographs you upload, when you choose to
How we use it
- To generate your screening reports
- To share your data with clinicians at your organization (only after you join one)
- To improve the app — always in aggregate, never tied to your identity
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not show advertising in the app
- We do not share your identity with third parties for marketing
Your controls
- Export or delete your account from the Profile screen
- Contact support@diabetcare.app for any privacy request
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion to comply with healthcare record-keeping requirements.
