By using DiabetCare, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the service

DiabetCare is a screening and education tool. It does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis and treatment.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Clinical data

Information you enter (clinical intake, glucose readings, foot images) is stored to power your reports. It is shared only with clinicians at your organization, when you join one.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app.
